On the first day of winter, the Fairy from the Ministry of Winter Services decorated a small street of a small town with snow and icicles. The Fairy's careless assistants, the Snowflakes, accidentally break the largest and most beautiful icicle.
Trying to hide their mistake, the Snowflakes try to collect the shards. However, a sudden wind does not allow them to finish what they started and carries them away along with the shards. At the scene of the crime, only a small piece of ice remains, which comes to life and turns into a small Ice Floe.
